15 minutes to get through to be told no appointments for 21 days!! Asked if its urgent, really needed to speak to a human being for advice - not a good service

Can't make one in advance, non available.

Appointment service you can't get an appointment for on average 3 weeks. It's impossible to get through on phone at 7:30. Cause of long massage I tried 179 times at 7:30-7:45 caller busy.
